Q. What do you recommend for people who cannot tolerate fresh vegetables?

Can an alkaline body be achieved? 

Hi T :  Thanks for the questions, hope this helps.

I would start with drinking alkaline water each day, and lots of it. Alkaline solutions help to hydrate and balance the body. As a matter of fact many believe that drinking the right amount of pure alkaline water each day is the cure for many ailments. Having an imbalance in acid in the body can cause many health problems. Note Dr.Batamalgie MD has two excellent books on this subject.( see our site )

Next would be enzymes.

Enzymes are an absolute must .

Over 3000 enzymes are needed daily to maintain good health, and balance the pH.

Any person with a food intolerance should consider high doses of enzymes.

Enzymes aid digestion, help in the break down of foods, aid in the absorption of nutrients.

Probiotics are extremely important to the absorption of nutrients in the small intestine.

Probiotics help build the immune system, and keep the walls of the intestines clean and balanced.

So, here are the three recommendations.

1 Alkaline water

2 Enzymes

3 Probiotics
