If the benefits of exercise could be put into a pill, it would be the most amazing, best selling, enormously popular pill ever, hands down. The biggest benefit for me is I just plain feel better. My mood improves dramatically and my energy level goes thru the roof.

It doesn't take a lot of exercise to reap significant health benefits....

People should not be put off if they can't reach the levels of exercise promoted by fitness gurus. Just move your body somehow within your personal comfort level.

I like to tell people, "Just have fun, while you are moving your body. Put on music and dance, play ball or jump on a trampoline, big or small.
