If the benefits of exercise could be put into a pill, it would be the most amazing, best selling, enourmously popular pill ever, hands down. The biggest benefit for me is I jsut plain feel better. My mood inproves dramatically and my energy level goes thru the roof. It doesn't take a lot of exercise to reap significant health benefits.... |
