I had dinner with a Naturopath friend last week.....
He told me, "I have great success when clients actually comply with the plan."
The ideal goal is to eat 85% Alkaline forming foods and 15% acid forming foods. This is the perfect ratio. It would not be healthy to eat 100% alkaline, you need some acid foods to be healthy. Good protein is critical.
Balance is the key.
Finally, ask yourself, "How well am I doing with the alkaline supplements?"
